Welcome to Hennepin County Security Card Access Request Form


In June 2025 we updated the Card Access Request form to allow for a better flow of information, quicker response time and
improved service for those who need access to our spaces within Hennepin County buildings.
Access to this form is restricted. If you need access, please ask your department director to submit a request on your behalf.

What to expect:

Click the “Employee / External Partner Login” button then follow the prompts as directed.

  • Internal Hennepin County employees should be automatically authenticated and navigated to the home page.
  • External partners will be prompted to sign into their B2B account which you should have created prior to this. Please sign in with your B2B account email and password.
